Please try this and see if it resolves your issue:
* Upgrade TestComplete to the latest version - 8.70.
* Double-check that the application is compiled according to the instructions in TestComplete's documentation. You can find links to instructions for various Delphi versions here:

Also, try building the application with all optimizations disabled.
* Make sure that the .TDS files containing debug information are in the same folder as the application's corresponding binary modules.
If the issue persists, we would like to investigate it further on our side. In this case, please reply to your support ticket M0094173 with the following information:
* DevExpress components version,
* Delphi compiler version,
* a sample Delphi project that demonstrates the issue (or better yet, your tested application, if that's possible - note that we can sign an NDA).
