including the link that Gena references. I just tried it out. Pretty easy. After installing the "2007 Office System Driver: Data Connectivity Components" I no longer got the "Provider cannot be found" message.
You will have to change this line from
Call DDT.CloseDriver(Driver)
to
Call DDT.CloseDriver(Driver.Name)
