Cross browser tool is having slowness issue

I am using test complete as a automation development tool and I need to execute the code in the cross browser tool (CBT). I am experiencing a significant slowness in CBT execution. All tests are failing. Appreciate that you can help me to resolve this issue.  My Insite Employee Login

    If you run the tests without the cross browser tool, do they pass?

     

    Are the tests slow in CBT with all browsers or just some browsers?  Which ones are slow?

     

    What errors do you get when the tests fail?  

     

    Screenshots of your tests and errors would be helpful.
