Copied project works on one computer but not the other

I developed some test applications that work fine on my PC, but when I copied them to a remote computer, they no longer work because the visibility to the application is not as deep as on my PC.  I checked and matched up the installed and uninstalled extensions but had the same problem. 



My PC is a 64 bit laptop with Windows 7 and the target computer is Windows 2003 server.  Please let me know why the behavior might be different and what I can try to fix the issue so the target computer will run my tests.

    UPDATE:  Get this...my manager can log in to his account, open the same TestComplete project and Object Spy to the menu item level and below, yet from my account I can only Object Spy to the menu bar level.  We've exported and imported settings, desktop, and even toolbar configurations and checked Open Application settings and priorities with no luck.



    Anyone have any ideas???  Could there be something relating to account permissions that can affect object visibility???

    One other thing I neglected to mention...we are accessing the same TestComplete application on a remote server.  However, the Open Application MSAA, UIA, and object priorities are different on his account than mine.  Are these stored at a user level???  How does this work on a remote server?

    Could you please post here Object Browsers' images demonstrating the differences? Also, let us know the TestComplete version installed on both computers and the type of the application you are testing.

    Thanks, Tanya.  I will attach a word doc with that info later today if we don't resolve the issue.  We want to check into the account permissions first since my manager and I see different things when accessing the same TestComplete application.  If you have any info on what security settings might affect object visibility, it would be very helpful



    One other strange thing...I am not able to dock panels in TC on the remote server.  I accidentally undocked Project Explorer, but the control with the arrows that appears and provides the docking function doesn't appear.  I don't know if it's related or not...just thought I'd throw that out there too in case it's a clue.
