Closing Test Complete 9 causes crash of all opened applications

Hi,



I have noticed that whenever I exit from Test Complete (Version 9.0.1312.7), all currently opened applications crash (Skype, Chrome, IE, Firefox, Outlook etc.) .

I have previously noticed when Test Complete is running it causes my computer to slowdown which requires reboots. However recently I have noticed this issue, which occurrs almost everytime I close Test Complete.

Are there any known limitations with the number of files/file size for projects or name mapping file sizes?



Any advice on this would be helpful.

    Hi Nino,


     


    There was a problem with unexpected growth of a Name Mapping file that led to high memory consumption in TestComplete 9.0. It was fixed. Try using the latest product version - v. 9.20.
