Currently TCs is lagging behind on supporting Cef by (almost) 6 versions!
To-date Cef ver. 57 are available -> Chromium 57.0 / CEF 3.2987.1601(Chromium 57.0.2987.133)

TestComplete 12.30 should be able to test CEF versions up to 3.2883.1553 / Chromium 55. Not sure about the later CEF versions, but if you try and encounter any issues, please open a support ticket.

The documentation online for 12.30 says the following:
Currently, the supported versions of CEF3 builds are 3.2623.1395 and earlier. If you use, NuGet or some other package manager to add CEF libraries to your application, make sure that the version of the CEF build within the package conforms to the version of CEF builds supported by TestComplete.
Perhaps the documentation needs to be updated?
