CheckPoint for a Terminal Application

I have a terminal that is part of my GUI application. I am running a test that is checking for certain responses at particular locations on the terminal for verification.



Open my Terminal and Telnet to a device and wait for the "User ID >". So I have a region checkpoint for this and it works fine for this user workstation that I developed the test on. If I change the user and login into my Application and run the test. It fails the region checkpoint verification or if I run it on different display it fails the region checkpoint. If the prompt is not in in the exact same place that the Test complete thinks it should be it fails. I cannot use an object checkpoint because it will checkpoint the whole terminal. How do I get around this issue...
