Checking Memory leakage for .NET application which is in Local OR Server.

Our product is web application which is developed using.NET. Now I want to check for memory leakage so which memory of the below process I have to check. Pls. give solution if anybody knows

Which one should I check.

1. 
   IE process.


2. 
   IIS process.


3. 
   SQL Process.


4. 
   OR anything else...

In below two cases:

1. 
   If all appliactions are in single system


2. 
   If application, IIS and SQL is in Server
