Change the Open Application Priority of Objects while executing a test

I am testing an application that needs recognition from UIA and Web. I would like to know if there is a way to change the priority of objects recognition while executing a test, or while recording a test. Is it possible?

I am not sure that it is possible to change the priority during runtime, but I think that it is possible to define it by setting the order of items in the Open Applications window (http://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/33238/)
