Catastrophic failure sometime while selecting the Swings Tab

Possible reasons:

1. The application stopped responding.

2. The
application was compiled incorrectly (see the Open Applications topic in the
help system).

3. An error occurred in TestComplete.

Tested object:

Aliases.OracleBrowser_Window.Maintenance_Window.Relation_Tab.Table_Tab

It doesn't happen all the time. Occasionally only. and I guess only on Test Execute not on Test Complete but not sure.

    Please answer the following questions to help us better understand what is going on:


    - Do you get this error when playing back the test? 


    - Does this error occur only when testing the object specified above?


    - How often does the error appear?


    - Does the problem persist in TestComplete 9.10?

    Yes




    - Does this error occur only when testing the object specified above?

    No it happens on any Java  Swings Tab Objects

     


    - How often does the error appear?

    Once in every 3-4 executions of the test

     


    - Does the problem persist in TestComplete 9.10?

    Yes its available on the latest TestComplete as well

    Could you please follow the steps below in TestComplete 9.20 (the latest product version) to help our Support team investigate the issue?


     


    1. Run the Report Generator tool located in <TestComplete>\Bin\ReportGenerator.exe.


     


    2. Select the "Launch/attach to TestComplete" option.


     


    3. Run another instance of the Report Generator tool.


     


    4. Select the "Track application launch" option, specify your application executable name and click Next. The Report Generator tool will wait until the application is launched and then will track all events in it.


     


    5. Reproduce the problem.


     


    6. Click the "Generate..." button in all instances of the Report Generator tool and save reports to a local folder.


     


    7. Send the reports to the TestComplete Support via the Contact Support form.

    i have the same problem. the script was running all the time and suddenly it does work no longer.

    I use the version 9.30.3373.7



    I have the same error:

    Actual the error will be displayed only at this JTabbedPane, an other can selected.



    Please help quickly.

    Have you tried TestComplete 9.31 - the latest product version? 


    I suggest that you collect the crash report by using the steps specified in one of my previous replies and send it to our Support team.
