It seems I have found solution for my situation.
Now I found the window by path 'Sys.Process('VISIO').Window('#32770', 'Person "CopyTo Parent"', 1)' ang get an focus. Then send the keys for this window. For OK button it should be '~o'.

Most likely this could be your new window which may have dynamic property each time opens.
Can you share the Object property snapshot of new property window which opens?

No, the value 32770 have not changed.
Another interesting thing is that, that I don't close the opened window in my tested program, but the TestComplete can't find an object which I have recently dragged.
It is something to do with the Parent object only. Try to highlight the object in each level then if you find the issue then you can try to map that particular in a dynamic way using * values.
