Cannot see Delphi Open Application method in Object Browser

I can see all the public/published Properties of the Delphi App
but I cannot see any of the published/public methods.
What could be the problem?

    What version of Delphi are you using?

    What version of TestComplete?

    What OS and of what bitness?

    Is your tested application prepared as per requirements in the TestCompelete help?

    Delphi 2010

    TestComplete v. 8.70.727.7

    Win 7 Ultimate 32-bit

    I guess it is, considering that I can see published properties of the Delphi App. I'll let the developer check out the help page to be completely sure when he's here next week
