Cannot run Application added with TestesdApps.Add

I'm trying to run an application with a location that is machine dependent.     var FullFileName =  GetProgramPath();     var AppIndex = TestedApps.Add(FullFileName);     TestedApps.Items(App...

The problem was that the full name retrieved from the function was in quotes.

When the quotes of the string were removed, the problem went away
