Cannot open the '\TestedApps.tcTAs' file because it is not a valid Tested Applications file.

Hi All,



I am new to Test Complete and Now facing a issue which is beyond my knowledge in Test Complete and Test Execute.



I am geeting Few Error when i try to execute my script using Test Execute but where those errors are not seen in Test Complete.



Error Messages as follows.


 Cannot open the 'D:\Projects\Test complete\PrimoRATTest_Backup\PrimoRATTest\PrimoRATTest\TestedApps\TestedApps.tcTAs' file because it is not a valid Tested


 Applications file.




 Cannot open the 'D:\Projects\Test complete\PrimoRATTest_Backup\PrimoRATTest\PrimoRATTest\NameMapping\NameMapping.tcNM' file because it has an unknown data


 format version.




Can anyone Help me on this please

    Hi Karthikeyan,


     


    Most probably, the TestedApps.tcTAs and NameMapping.tcNM files were created in the TestComplete version that differs from that you are using. Make sure that you are using the latest TestComplete version (v. 9.30) and that you accept updating the project files when starting TestComplete.
