Can you ignore one unexpected window as opposed to ignoring all unexpected windows?
There is only one unexpected window I want my test to ignore, so I don't want to use the default ignore setting. Can this be achieved?

Yes, this is possible.
You should implement the OnUnexpectedWindow event handler (see the help for more details on how to do this starting from here: http://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/56222/ and here: http://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/56651/) and handle this specific window within the handler function.
