Can I use TestExecute with TestComplete license?

We have a floating testcomplete license, but I am not able to use TestExecute on it. TestComplete is working. Can someone tell if it is possible to use testexecute with a TestComplete license? if yes...

I guess not but a Test Execute license is just a few quid.
