Can I upgrade the license of TestComplete6 to TestComplete 7 ?

Hi I have a fixed license of TestComplete 6 . I just want to know whether I can upgrade the license of TestComplete6 to TestComplete 7 ? How can do it ? Should I pay it ? Thanks ...
