AzureDev Ops/TFS TestCase/Test Plan linkage

Hi all,

So I know how to link a TC(TestComplete) test case to a test case in TFS however, I would like to be able to link it to a specific test plan in AzureDevOps/TFS. For example I run these tests for a release of software so we build new test plans for each release - ideally I would like to run our automated tests in TC and have them report the results to the specific test plan not the high level test case. Can this be accomplished?
