Create all the necessary tests in TestComplete 11, but now I would like the tests to be performed automatically, because I use
FinalBuilder and Continuous CI. I would like to integrate via rest, service or any other means, but I can not automate the executions. What is the best way to do this automation?

I'm using FinalBuilder
I have never worked with this tool, but as i can see here - https://www.finalbuilder.com/finalbuilder/feature-matrix - it has actions with TestComplete as well as with command line.
At least you should be able to run tests using the command line interface - https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/automating/command-line-and-exit-codes/command-line.html
