Hi David,
Sorry to revive an old thread, but since the history of the situation is recorded in this thread, I think its best if I raise the following issue here.
For the past few months we have been using the ASynchronous call as you suggested.
We are now in the process of transferring our common library into script extensions, and it turns out that when wrapped inside a script extension, the CallObjectMethodAsync method does not seem to execute (the button is not clicked).
Is this a known issue/script extensions specific?
