An error occurred while running the andriod mobile application.

An error has occured when the particular object has been clicked while running the andriod application.That particular object has been clicked and redirected to next screen but the error is shown as:





"An error occurred".    

At additional information:



Possible reasons:

1. The application stopped responding.

2. The application was compiled incorrectly (see the Open Applications topic in the help system).

3. An error occurred in TestComplete.



Tested object

    This issue requires some investigation. Could you please follow the steps below?


     


    1. Run the Report Generator tool located in <TestComplete>\Bin\ReportGenerator.exe.


     


    2. Select the "Launch/attach to TestComplete" option.


     


    3. Reproduce the problem.


     


    4. Click the "Generate..." button in the Report Generator tool and save the report to a local folder.


     


    5. Send the report to our Support team for analysis.

    The error is occuring sometimes and sometimes the same code is executing without error i will send u the report when i can able to reproduce.

    Hi Joy,

     


    You need to perform the steps on the computer where TestComplete is installed. The Report Generator tool is shipped along with TestComplete and located in the product installation folder.

    Please find the attached report for above problem and I also getting another error which "the object does not exist".Those objects (same code)were successfully executed 3 days before,but now iam getting this error.please give the reason and the solution.



    note:Those objects were mapped already.
