What happens when you run TestComplete as an administrator?
I would say it is the same. I think there is no difference.
The case that we are talking about is with testexecute, running on Jenkins machines.
I did try to go and find the test execute location, the default option of test execute running as administrator is checked, though i dont see the difference between them visually, at least. Is it supposed to be like that? or should i need to update the settings for this?

I'm not well versed in Jenkins... but there is a specific plugin for Jenkins support of TestComplete that MIGHT help solve this. Additionally, I think you need to make sure your Jenkins agent is running at a particular access level.

I am currently looking into the access level of Test Complete on all those machines.
The test complete plugin is not a suitable one for my case, as it alters heavily the way that we are executing the test cases.
I will post information on this thread, if the access levels work.
