How to add additional sections of just tables and text to OpenAPI documentation

Hello, I am very new openAPI and documentation generators in general. I was asked to add some additional sections to our api documentation. These sections are just some text and some tables. Is there a way for me to add these to the end of document ? Basically like an info tag that is more flexible. Thanks for any direction!
