It's obviously something linked to the connection.
Are you working with on-premise edition?
Can you open the network console on the browser ans send it?

It looks like it's not able to access a proxy here: https://app.swaggerhub.com/apiproxy/registry//test?isPrivate=false&force=true&version=1.0.0&specification=2.x.x&projectName
For my purposes, I can get by with the regular editor, but the error message could use a little help.
