Blocking error, cannot be dismissed

  Hi, why am I getting this error? I seem to be the only person on my team getting it.

The error says "! Show integration configuration Exceeded access limits for Peacock_NBCUniversal."

I can dismiss the error but when I try to do anything else, it comes back and I am blocked from doing anything else.
