Stoplight hosted documentation not available, Gateway timeouts

Question

We host our public API docs through stoplight at this address:

https://api-docs.ekotrope.com/docs/ekotrope-integration-api

This site was not available even after the down time incident from this morning was marked as resolved. We are seeing gateway timeouts, or extremely slow loading speed.

Our customers are not able to access this documentation, which is critical for customer success.
