Spectral on container Installation of Stoplight

We installed a build of Stoplight on a container, and it appears to be creating Spectral.MJS file for each of our projects. Spectral does not appear to be installed as when I look at the style guides, I do not see any listed. 

Is spectral included in the base build of Stoplight? Do I need to install this separately? Looking at the Spectral installation instructions, it would be installed in a separate container, but I'm not seeing any configuration in Stoplight to configure a relationship between Stoplight to the Spectral plugin. 

Where can I get more information on how to get linting turned on in Stoplight? I found this page, but doesn't really help with getting this all configured: Overview | Spectral
