Having pictures on a page

Hello! Our team tried to put a little screenshot on a page and we couldn't achieve it.

We use Git to keep our Open API yaml and markdown files.

Our first attempt was to put an HTML link to the image nested in the same repository as the intended page. Didn't work.

Our second attempt was to put a Markdown link to the image nested in the same repository, but this time we created folders the same way Stoplight does it, so assets/images/image.png. Same result.

Could you please give a piece of advice on the possible ways to have images on pages?
