This is not related to the issue - its not a file issue - it is the individual id that is assigned to elements within the API schema

Hello designvoid, the identifier is located in the settings of your workspace. You can grab a copy of it from there.

Hi @Skinghar it’s the id that is assigned to schemas etc when using the editor
I believe it’s called the stable id

I did some digging and the docs do say: "If you delete a file from Stoplight, and later re-import it, the imported file is assigned a new stable ID if one isn’t found in its contents."
Assuming it's a git project, perhaps deleting the project and re-importing is the simplest answer here.
