Need help reporting fraudulent payment — support portal blocked
Hi,
I tried reaching support, but the portal at support.stoplight.io asks me to create an account and enter card details just to log in. That feels like unnecessary friction, especially since I’m only trying to report a fraudulent payment.
Who’s the right person or team I should contact directly? My goal is simple: resolve the issue and get the refund handled without extra hoops.
