Internal Error while cloning the Gitlab repo

We are using a dedicated gitlab account for stoplight integration and for security reason we have configured this gitlab user as "External" at the Gitlab settings. We are able to test the settings using this user client ID/secret. However when we try to create a new project, we are receiving the following an error...

graphql error](INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR): duplicate key value violates unique constraint "external_users_user_id_workspace_integration_id_key" - undefined
