How do we open local files?

What is going on with Studio? How do you open local files, all of a sudden? Even selecting "on-site" or whatever it is doesn't reveal a File / Open button or dialog.

Hello Goldman, as of the end of 2022, Stoplight Studio Desktop now requires a Stoplight account to use, the version you downloaded from Github had this noted in the changes notation... This was done to help us to understand who was using our studio desktop product.
You can create a free account and workspace on our website at https://stoplight.io/welcome?utm_source=studio&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=studio_announcement
Once created, you can use the name of your workspace (https://{workspace_name}.stoplight.io/) along with your username and password to get past this screen.
