The short answer is, you don't ; I'm a relatively new customer to SmartBear and I've been blown away by how dead it is out of the gate. There is nothing resembling support, their 'roadmap' is mostly dead (or it's taken them 3 years to decide if they want to move a card from 'consideration'), and the community boards are mostly a handful of well intentioned individuals who, unfortunately, can't do much more than post troubleshooting 101 or advise to post to support (which will be a non starter.)
My advice is to find a new product if SmartBear products do not, in their current state, perfectly fit your use case, because as far as I can tell it will not be iterated on or supported.
