Because there is no avenue to report an issue with the website if one is a "free" user, I am resorting to posting here in the hopes that someone will see this issue that I am having with the Stopligh...

Are you serious? Have you tried to do this on their site? Honestly, this sounds like an AI response.
I think I’ve provided enough info to locate the problem (as well as why I can’t do the things you suggest). After 30 years of coding, I’m pretty sure I know what I’m doing.
