Email Invitations via Stoplight

We have setup a Custom Domain, but our email invitations still seem to send from stoplight.io rather than from our custom domain. This is leading our customers to visit the stoplight.io version of our documentation rather than our Custom Domain. How do we ensure that all traffic is directed through the Custom Domain rather than the stoplight.io site?
