Updating WS-Security configuration from command line

Question

Is there a way to set/update the "Outgoing WS security configuration" at the project level from command line?. I want to be able to modify the Username WSS entry , update it with a new password.

I dont see how could properties solve this problem. I cant set property to Password.&nbsp;&nbsp;
