Unexpected character encountered (lex state 9): '!'

I am getting the org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: error: Unexpected character encountered (lex state 9): '!' trying to add WSDL from URL in a new project. URL: http://fhp1.healthnet.com...

That's correct, the server is not setup to return a WSDL. I also get a Page not found in the browser.
