unable to import wsdl error (lex state 3): '&'

Hi, I am not able to Add wsdl. I get the following importing the wsdl error. To access the wsdl on the website, you must log in first. Is that possibly the problem? I do not see a way to set a login before importing the wsdl. Please help! soapUI will be a blessing to our QA department
