Tomcat 9 EOL March 2027 - SoapUI dependency

The Apache Tomcat® team has announced that support for Apache Tomcat 9.0.x will end on 31 March 2027.

That means that the current WAR export for mock services will become kind of useless unless it is upgraded so the WAR can be run on a newer Tomcat version
