I have added this functionality to version 3.6.1. Temporary destinations are supported through the endpoint URL:
jms://HermesSession::queue_requestqueue::queue_
That is, if the response destination is the empty string, a temporary destination will be created and it will be set as ReplyTo JMS header field of the request message. This works for all combinations of queue and topics.
The patch is included as an attachment. I would greatly appreciate, if this feature would be added into future SoapUI releases.
