soapUI Response - Binary Conversion

Hi,

There are some service responses which is giving raw responses in binary format. Is there any mechanisms to convert the binary format in to text?

This is actually a PDF document content.

    I got following attached xml file while requesting for the REST service using soapUI. Guys, i am facing challenge to recognize the format of this content - Is this Binary64, Hexadecimal, ASCII, Unicode, or what?

    i have searched through Googling and zero help~

    Can somebody help me to clearly say about the format of the content
