When I try to reference that with:
<groupId>com.smartbear.soapui</groupId>
<artifactId>soapui-maven-plugin</artifactId>
<version>5.2.2</version>
it gives me: The POM for com.smartbear.soapui:soapui-maven-plugin:jar:5.2.2 is missing, no dependency information available

5.2.2 is not released yet and therefore hasn't been uploaded to our maven repository. The latest release is 5.2.1.
The latest version in our GitHub repository is 5.2.2-SNAPSHOT and that is the version used while developing 5.2.2.
So go with 5.2.1 and you will have the latest released version of SoapUI.
If you are really eager to try out the latest and greatest you can use 5.2.2-SNAPSHOT, but then you will have to build it yourself first.
Hi joeljons, thank you for your reply: I'm eager to try 5.2.2 because it contains a SNI fix - and I need that as the server I'm testing against requires clients to support SNI (5.2.1 just doesn't).
Could you, please, point me in the right direction? I just need a maven soapui plugin v5.2.2 that I could use - I'm not a builder (in fact I tried to build that github repo with Maven but it failed: https://github.com/SmartBear/soapui).
Isn't there an "experimental" Maven repository tucked in somewhere with soapui plugin v5.2.2 that I could use?
Update: SoapUI NG PRO has got SNI support - we'll probably go for that
