Hi,
OK so I'v found some elements of solutions by browsing the forum
If I don't "cache" the attachment, anyhow it is sent, i.e. "inline" or by another way (and I choose one other way, the "inline" way never worked with me !), the file is reloaded again at each request -> So it's sufficiant for my short-term purpose, I use always the same file and modify its content according my needs
In case, Information for less urgent but useful needs below are still welcome :
- how to get "inline file" method work when attaching a file ? (I tried hard to achieve it and never succeeded)
- how to dynamically insert files so that I can ultimately make a loop ?
For the first Item I'v given up !
For the second item I'm collecting information here and there :

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8490982/how-do-i-make-soapui-attachment-paths-relative

Thanks,
Bye
