SOAPUI 5.1.3- MockResponse Attachments content-type = text/csv

In my MockResponse I have to set content-type = text/csv.  If I do this Content-transfer-encoding =quotable-printable.   Now because of this in my SOAP client I get below error:   Caused by: java....
