I have a simple Webservice (developed using Java AXIS) with a web-method named getURLService that returns a string (urlRedirect) that contains a URL like bellow: http://eginfo.inf....

It looks like the webservice that you are testing is returning the URL.

& is a reserved character in XML, and cannot be used without being escaped.
