soap request fails to connect but other software can connect

I am using soap UI 2.5.1 version.  I have built a dev windows machine of a web services using oc4j.  Using fiddler2 which is an http debugging proxy, I was able to send a webservice request to my mach...

Have you tried with the latest version of SoapUI (3.0.1)? If that fails, could you please send us the project your are using, so that we can try to see if we can pick up where the problem is.
