Save Soap Monitor in Project and Allow Command-Line Start / Stop

When a Soap Monitor is defined would it be possible to have an option to allow it to be named and saved as part of the project ?

Another addition possible option once the monitor is saved is to update the command line options to allow the soap monitors to be started on the command line.

This is useful since I have to explain to users how to create their monitor every day !
