I have found a workaround for now. You can add a script to the response message, which prints the headers for you in the log. In my case I am interested in the authentication headers, and the script on this page will check these headers against two hard coded values, and prints an error in the log if the wrong username and password are used.

If you want to check other headers, you should be able to change the script accordingly.
