Repo missing com.eviware.soapui.config packages

 I have no idea why I'm not seeing these, as they certainly seem to be a required thing.  

Is anyone else facing this?  The entire config directory is missing. 

also seeing this on import in eclipse: 

No marketplace entries found to handle maven-plugin-plugin:3.6.0:descriptor in Eclipse. 
No marketplace entries found to handle xmlbeans-maven-plugin:2.3.5-sb-fixed:xmlbeans in Eclipse.

EDIT:  

Added soapui jar to class path and viola
