It sounds like there's a problem with the WSDL.

 

First, try to validate the XML (with something like xmlvalidation.com).

 

If you can't work out the problem, make a copy of the WSDL, remove any sensitive data such as endpoints, verify that the copy has the same problem, and then post it here so that we can recreate the issue.
